Standing Charges

  1. Provide staff with tools and share opportunities for engaging in learning and advocacy.
  2. Share and create spaces where staff can exchange ideas, share perspectives, and learn from and with each other.
  3. Create multi-modality opportunities for staff to gather in community and connect with each other.
  4. Make the effort to see people for who they truly are and celebrate the beauty in their authenticity.
